name and clinic location for future reference.
Clinic spaces are
limited; your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive your
payment. Once your payment has been received we will send you a
confirmation number via your email address. Be sure to bring this with you
to the clinic.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Once a payment has been made if you must cancel your
reservation to attend one of our clinics you may transfer the payment in
full to attend another clinic. If attending another clinic is not possible
then we will keep a $100 handling fee and return the rest of your payment.
