From Chicago:

 Take I-90 NW toward Rockford for about 50 miles; exit right onto IL-47/Woodstock; turn left on to IL-47;  follow IL-47 south for about 7 miles to Rohrsen Rd.; go right on Rohrsen Rd. for one mile.  Fox Valley Saddle Association is on the right at the corner of Rohrsen and Tower Rd.  There are two entrances.  One entrance is off Rohrsen and one off Tower Rd.  Trailers use the Tower Rd. entrance.

 

Rohrsen Rd. can be difficult to see.  If you get to a four-way stop at Plato Rd. you have missed Rohrsen.  In that case, turn right onto Plato Rd. Go one mile west to Tower Rd.; go right on Tower and go one mile to Fox Valley Saddle Association.  It will be on the right at the corner of Tower and Rohrsen.

 

 

In addition to the accomodations you listed, there are others in Geneva and St. Charles that are just as close.  They are south on IL-47 and then east on IL-64 for St. Charles or south on IL-47 and east IL-38 for Geneva.
