"Hard working front left hooves"

As usual, I did not choose to include only the most perfect of examples. This would only tell part of the story and be of no help to people trying to learn. Instead, I randomly threw in pictures of front left hooves of horses that are totally sound and working on their bare feet. Some are beautiful; some are not (yet), but all of them work very well for the horse they are attached to. I live in one of the wettest areas in the world. Many of these horses live in wet pastures but are ridden on our rocky mountainous trails and roads. What works here will work even better everywhere else. I hope you enjoy the pictures,    Pete
