Before ordering, we'd like to let you know a few things "straight-up".

The lecture portion of the DVD Series was filmed using a "green screen" for the slideshow pictures, and then video and high resolution pictures were added.

This dramatically improved the picture quality, but made the file size larger than most DVD's. Older DVD players or inexpensive systems will be 'jittery' in places (so far, only on Disc 1). It is not a huge problem; no information is lost, but we thought we should let you know in advance. Only three people have mentioned it, but in the future we might offer a low resolution version for slower DVD players.

Also, there is a true one-second skip on Disc 1 at 22 minutes. We didn't notice it until we'd bought thousands of copies. No information is lost, but again, we felt obligated to tell you about it.
